Saw this on Mind Body Green and thought it's good info to share, especially when "superfood" seems to be the IN thing now. How many superfood are you already taking? Quick count and I'm currently having 12 of the 20 superfood regularly (almost daily, if not weekly basis).

Blueberries, Quinoa, Greek Yogurt, Coconut oil, Eggs, Sweet Potato, Olive oil, Chia seed, Cauliflower, Tea, Pumpkin, Walnut, Spinach
